The Simple Process
The process to have your garments embroidered by Gear Direct is simple.
Step 1: Digitise your logo
We will work with you to convert your logo(s) into a format that our machines can embroider. This is a once off step and once we have your logo digitised, we can use it forever. when you digitalise your logo, we will give you a reference number to use with all your future orders. This number identifies your digital logo for our embroiderers.
To digitise your logo, just email us a request (info@geardirect.com.au) and we can go from there. We will provide a quote before we proceed with anything.
Step 2: Embroider your garment
Browse out catalogue and decide which items you wish to embroider. Send us an email (info@geardirect.com.au) with the product name and a few details and we will get things moving for you in no time.
Step 3: Relax and let us do the work
Once we have your order, our staff will quickly pick your garment from the warehouse and embroider it as requested. It will be shipped with your logo and without hassle.
