Shipping Policy

 

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer's location and order size.

  • Orders are processed and in-stock items are dispatched within 5 business days.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the shipping address and chosen shipping method.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once an order has been shipped, tracking details (if applicable) will be provided.


Returns & Refunds Policy

Change of Mind & Incorrect Sizing

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

  • Customers are encouraged to check size guides and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

Embroidered & Customised Goods

  • Any goods that have been embroidered or otherwise customised cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.

 

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • We only provide refunds for goods that are faulty upon arrival.

  • If you receive a faulty item, please contact info@geardirect.com.au within 7 business day of receiving your order.

  • Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

  • Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization if the return is approved.

Return Process for Faulty Goods

  • Contact info@geardirect.com.au to request a return authorization.

  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

  • The faulty item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and any accessories.

  • Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds will only be processed for faulty goods that have been returned in their original condition.

  • Shipping costs paid by the customer at checkout are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned goods.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

  • Embroidered or customised items are not eligible for returns.
