Embroidered & Customised Goods

Any goods that have been embroidered or otherwise customised cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Goods

We only provide refunds for goods that are faulty upon arrival.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact info@geardirect.com.au within 7 business day of receiving your order.

Include your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a Return Authorization if the return is approved.
Return Process for Faulty Goods

Once approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return.

The faulty item must be returned in its original condition, including packaging and any accessories.

Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the refund.
Refund Conditions

Refunds will only be processed for faulty goods that have been returned in their original condition.

Shipping costs paid by the customer at checkout are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, worn, washed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
